  • Ducati Will Be Recalling Their Hypermotard and Monster Models Over Fuel Line Flaws
    As per the latest reports from NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) Italian bike maker Ducati will soon be releasing recall orders for their complete 2012 Ducati Hypermotard and Monster lineups. The reason for the recall is said to be the internal fuel line cracking. The documents released by NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) suggest that, the quality control department of Ducati have found some small-cracking on the 4-layer squeeze out fuel lines. The minor-cracks discovered by the quality control department have been seen on the internal surface of the line, which comes in contact with fuel. As a result of the flaw, the fuel might leak from the joining the fuel pump flange and fuel lines on the pretentious units.
