Moto Guzzi and Aprilia are the motorcycle brands of Piaggio, and this time around the two of them are introducing around half a dozen new models for year 2012. So, considering the fact that we are associated with international motorcycle market in a deep way, it’s our moral duty to keep our readers updated on each and every front. This is why here we’ve got a brief first look at what Aprilia and Moto Guzzi has in store for you. We’d start with Aprilia, and will like to tell that this time around the company will be bringing back the fabulous bad-boy Tuono, which this time around will be having V4 R in its name, because of the 2 extra cylinders, extra horsepower of 41-bhp and extra pounds of 22-lbs. The engine if the Tuono has been adapted from the superbike RSV4 superbike, which also brings the all new throttle-by-wire  [...]

  • 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Adventure : First Ride
In the modern times where the sportbikes are all about urbane electronic shamanism, along with traction control and 200-bhp, the normal practical sportbikes are going a bit off focus. But that’s not to say that not everyone can handle that advanced wizardry and that paramount of modern day biking. Now cut that 200-horsepower by two third and pair it with real operative components and the riders gets a potent and fun-to-ride bike. And the all-new 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Adventure that we are covering today exactly is one of those bikes. We all know that since their inception, the V-Strom bikes have developed an offbeat followings, along with the Wee-Strom creating a position as a multipurpose middleweight. • 2012 BMW G650GS Sertao : First Ride
BMW has reintroduced their 650 dual sport single-cylinder motorcycle for model year 2012, which previously was known as the BMW F650GS Dakar. Having its roots back in 1993 and the unique F 650 single-cylinder Funduro, the newly launched G650GS Sertao and G650GS symbolizes the next phase in the fruition of the GS lineup of BMW. Just as the initial model, the newly launched 2012 BMW G650GS Sertao is a tad more than the twin sport, and that’s because it is been aimed directly at the escalating escapade touring sector, and to be more precise the new riders in the adventure touring segment. BMW is hoping that the dual-cylinder F800GS has matched the requirement in past some years, but the increasing demand of a low-priced, even fewer-threatening ADV bike helped ease the comeback of one of our old favorites. The 2012 BMW G650GS  [...]

  • 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special
We’ve seen some brawny looking tough, nasty Harley Davidson in the past, but no one comes closer to the 2012 Harley-Davidson Night Rod Special. The Night Rod Special boasts Pro Stock lineage, black-x-infinity color design and drag strip stance, which gives it the nastiest look we’ve seen in any Harley Davidson in recent times. But that’s not it that separates the Night Rod Special from all its stablemates there’s a lot more than that. Unlike the air-cooled models, which hare more talk than business, from the Milwaukee manufacturer this V-Rod is a liquid-cooled model and delivers the essential performance punch. With its Revolution V-twin 1250 cc engine cranking up an estimated 125-bhp and a stout, rear tire of 240-width for transferring the power to pavement, this V-Rod enters the market with a clear intention  [...]

  • 2012 Honda CBR1000RR – First Look
We wont be lying when we say that we weren’t all that impressed by the 2012 Honda CBR1000RR. This especially is because of the fact that it actually is the 20th Anniversary of the novel RR-labeled Superbike, the Honda CBR900RR, which actually transformed the world of Sportbike in 1992. And we are pretty sure that anyone who was expecting the similarly ruthless model for this year will certainly be disappointed as well, because of the upgraded suspension elements and a small bit of restyling are the only updates that the Big Red flagship Superbike of Honda has been given. The largest news for 2012 Honda CBR1000RR is the inclusion of the Big Piston Fork from Showa that immerses the springs in oil right at the base of the legs and places bigger, upper-flowing pistons positioned above to give silky damping action and better front-end  [...]
