Bajaj Chetak is an old time scooter manufactured by Bajaj that comes with 150CC engine. There are some variations in the market which are going under research and development, but for the time being, Chetak is the best selling scooters in rural and semi-urban markets. It comes with large fuel tank and the average fuel consumption of this vehicle is 42kpl. The Chetak is powered by two-stroke engine which is good for producing seven plus horsepower. The main features of this scooter are low maintenance, excellent resale value and low cost.
There are some features which are not available in Bajaj Chetak such as higher pollution levels, stiff gear shifting, poor average, lackluster braking and unbalanced ride.
