Kawasaki bikes: Kawasaki ZX6 & Kawasaki ZR7

Kawasaki Bikes initially used to produce low powered engines. The history of Kawasaki is completely different as compared to other motorcycle producing companies. In the year 1949, they started manufacturing engines which can be adapted for different bikes. Kawasaki is also involved in other industries like trains, ships and aircrafts. The company first produced 250CC four stroke, 150CC and 60CC two stroke engines, which were developed from German Technology. BMW and Kawasaki had close relationship, while Meihatsu is the subsidiary company of Kawasaki.

Kawasaki Bikes entered into a contract with Japan Company called Meguro Motorcycles in 1937 which is now known to be the major motorcycle company till today. After sometime, Meguro started producing bigger motorcycles and produced a 650CC engine which is was quite heavy but slow. Kawasaki has a good reputation in the market and it launched 500CC H1 model. In 1984, it launched another model Vulcan 750 which comes with 900cc engine. In 90s, Japanese bike manufacturers were in great competition with Kawasaki and it produced the 1052cc bike for the next five years. In 2002, this model was replaced by ZZR-1200 which provides excellent handling.

There are a lot of models manufactured by Kawasaki Bikes such as Kawasaki ZX6 & Kawasaki ZR7.

Kawasaki ZX6 comes with lightweight and compact chassis which give excellent ride quality even while riding around corners. Cornering speed control is more precise as it comes with high powered radial mounted brake calipers and slipper clutch.

Kawasaki ZX6 features a friction engine which is specially made for low friction. The engines that come with low friction provide responsive throttle control which makes it easy for riders to adjust line and speed while cornering.

The swingarm and frame in Kawasaki ZX6 is specially developed with idealistic stiffness so that it can respond precisely and instantly to the commands of rider. The new Kawasaki provides high performance ability with agile handling.

Kawasaki ZR7 is a perfect combination of classic and current styling. This bike is specially designed for sporting bent-but on budget with general purpose motorcycling. It features a tubular steel frame which makes this bike look versatile. Dunlop Sportmax shod 17-inch wheels come with dual piston one side caliper at the front and dual piston calipers at the rear.

Kawasaki ZR7 comes with transverse four-stroke, inline four-cylinder air cooled 738cc engine and is available for the price of $5699.
