Victory Bikes is a bike producer located in Minnesota, United States which started manufacturing motorcycles in the year 1998. Polaris Industries is a parent company of Victory that created a company following the success of American manufacturer called Harley Davidson. The motorcycle produced by Victory is designed especially for competing against other American style motorcycle manufacturers such as Harley Davidson. Their motorcycles come with V-twin engines, cruiser, touring and sport touring configurations. The first bike manufactured by Victory is V92C which was introduced in the year 1997 and started selling in 1998. Polaris is located in Minnesota and has annual sales of $1.8 billion and it is the first snowmobile manufacturer. The company is also involved in producing personal watercrafts and ATVs. By observing the sales of Harley Davison, the company decided to manufacture big motorcycles in United States.

Victory Bikes have an American motorcycle style instead of racing inspired designs of Japanese producers such as Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Yamaha or smaller European manufacturers such as BMW and Triumph Motorcycles. In the year 2003, Victory launched a model called Vegas which looks more attractive as compared to other motorcycles in the market. It featured a 92-inch cubic engine and five-speed transmission, but was upgraded in the year 2006, but upgrading the engine to 100cc and transmission to six-speed. The Vegas model is one of the cruisers of Victory motorcycles. The 1634cc engine in Vegas generates 106 pound feet of torque and 85 horsepower.
